Abstract Specifications:

  • Abstracts should be submitted only to the email address of the Scientific and Abstract Review Committee - icctscientific@ksrelief.org
  • The title is limited to forty (40) words.
  • The abstract must be concise with maximum of 300 words, including the four sections: Introduction, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion.
  • The abstract should indicate the first author's and all the co-author's full names, contact details, and organizations.
  • Abbreviations may be used in exceptional cases that require the repetition of long terms. A unique or unusual abbreviation must be placed in round brackets after the first appearance of the word/s for which it stands.
  • Authors can include only one figure or table in PDF or as an image in JPG / PNG / GIF file format.
  • Figures and illustrations should not include any patient identifiers.
  • The preferred font is Calibri in size 12.

Abstract Submission Guidelines:

  • The abstract must be submitted using the presenting author's account.
  • The presenting author must ensure that all co-authors approve the abstract's content before submitting.
  • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.
  • Notification of receipt of the abstract will be sent to the presenting/corresponding author only.
  • No corrections, changes, or replacements of the abstract are allowed after the submission deadline.
  • Upon acceptance, the abstract will be published as submitted, edits made by the organizers will be checked with the presenters.
  • Following the acceptance of an abstract, the presenting author will be notified via email whether the abstract has been selected.
  • Presenting authors of accepted abstracts outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be provided hotel accommodation and round-trip flight tickets with access to all the conference’s recreational events.
  • The manuscript of accepted abstracts must be submitted on 31 October 2024.
  • The Scientific and Abstract Review Committee reserves the right to reject abstracts irrelevant to the conference.
